Our team also brought talented Chef Adam Foster - along with an experienced staff, equipment and know-how to manage a sustainable and profitable service from the kitchen, carefully matching the acumen already defined by A Taste of Monterey. Customers’ needs were met, and experience heightened, as they could now enjoy more than a glass of wine with the extraordinary view of the Monterey Bay at the property.
