Recipe: Crab Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pound Dungeness Crab Meat
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Parsley and Chive mix
- 1/4 cup Bread Crumb
- Additional Bread Crumb as needed to coat balls
Instructions
- Drain and squeeze water from crab meat. Check meat well to make sure there are no shell pieces.
- Fold in the lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, herbs, and bread crumb.
- Scoop into 1 oz balls.
- Pat into round paddy shapes in a dish of bread crumbs, coating evenly.
- Fry in saute pan over medium-high until golden brown.
- Serve with lemon aioli or your favorite sauce.
